7 GREAT MOVIES TO WATCH ON FATHER'S DAY

Nothing in this world beats spending quality time with your dad. This Father's day, join your father on the couch to catch a movie and bond over pop corn and tea.
Here is a compilation of movies we think will be a treat to watch....

1. PAA alt

A great shout out to Big B and Abhishek whose reversed roles were more convincing onscreen than in reality! Pull out your couch, grab your dad and sit down to watch Amitabh Bachchan as
12 year old Auro do the monkey dance with his dad in a train!

2. FINDING NEMO alt

Ah yes, the one movie that wonderfully explains the complicated father-son equation to all of us. Watch Marvin swim across the great ocean fighting trials and tribulation to rescue Nemo with Dory in tow.

3. KUCH KUCH HOTA HAI alt

What Hollywood calls a potboiler, we call it a blockbuster. This movie has everything from a love triangle, SRK as dream dad, an adorable daughter, dancing in a summer camp and an unbelievably happy ending.
This Sunday, switch on Sony tv and be sure to tape it for a great evening with your dad.
Psst-don't forget your hanky because well, happy tears everytime.

4. THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS alt

One of the best movies ever to be made, it features another real life father-son duo with Will Smith playing a struggling san Francisco salesman trying to make a home for him and his son(Jaden Smith). A great movie that tugs at your heartstrings and leaves you wanting to bear hug Jaden smith when he says "You're a good Papa"..

5. PIKU alt

A film that advertently tells us that "Insaan ka emotion uska motion ke saath juda hua hai" while simultaneously featuring a grumpy and constipated father(Amitabh Bachchan) who gets on the nerves of his short - tempered daughter(Deepika Padukone). Haven't seen it yet? This slice of life film offers great characters, a compelling plot and lots of toilet humour we guarantee your dad will love in two and half hours

6. CHACHI 420 alt

One of the timeless classics starring Kamal Haasan as a dad who disguises himself as a nanny to spend more time with his daughter. Trust us when we tell you that Haasan in his female getup will remind you of your dad’s unique antics in the house.

7. DANGAL alt It's safe to say that we all love this movie not simply because of the great adaptation of the story and the sport , but mostly because of the great dynamics between Aamir Khan and his on screen daughters. What better movie to catch on father's day than one that explains the relationship which balances a dad as a teacher so beautifully?
