Now that SecondCry and Elanic are one, here are all the details you need to know about your SecondCry account!
1. Your Listings
All your listings have been migrated to your corresponding Elanic closets. All listing details - including price, description, photographs etc., remain the same. Sign in to Elanic with the Google account or Facebook account linked to your registered SecondCry email id to access them.
2. NO pick-up charges for your SecondCry listings
Elanic charges sellers a simple commission of 10% on selling price of the product, apart from a pick-up fee.
We are waiving off PICK-UP FEE for all existing listings of your SecondCry account that have been migrated.
Note- The commission of 10% will still be applicable.
3. Commission structure for new listings
Now that your existing listings have been migrated to your Elanic closet, please make your new listings on Elanic. For any new listing that is created, Elanic’s charges will apply. These include a 10% commission of selling price and a pick-up charge.
4. What all you can sell
By joining Elanic, you now have a much larger range of things you can sell and buy. Click here to see a list of the categories you can list in.
5. Turn off VACATION Mode
Your closets have been migrated to the Elanic app and they are on Vacation mode. When your closet is on vacation mode, it is not visible to buyers.
You will have to turn off the 'Vacation Mode' to make the closet available for buyers.
6. Download the Elanic app and see your closet!
Download the Elanic app, and sign in with the Google account or Facebook account linked to your registered SecondCry email id. Start buying and selling immediately!
