Mukti is a happy go lucky mom from Delhi who loves travelling. As we got talking to her she told us how selling on Elanic has helped her live the lifestyle she had always wanted.
Q. What do you do for a living?
A. I was a recruitment Manager two years ago. I have a 6-year-old now and because of some personal issues, I work from home now.
Q. How did you venture into being a professional seller?
A. I started selling on Elanic and realised the scope of earning and since then I’ve been selling on the app. Q. How is selling on Elanic different than other platforms?
A. There are other platforms who have the same concept. I’ve used both and what I’ve realised is that in Elanic the customers are genuine and there is a trust between the seller and the buyer. People are willing to buy at a genuine price, unlike the other platforms. That’s one thing why I love selling on Elanic.
Q. Where do you source your products from?
A. I source my products from various vendors in Delhi.
Q. What do you do with the money you make on Elanic?
A. I travel with the money I earn on Elanic and it also takes care of my expenses. Elanic has helped me have a better life as now I earn from home and can spend my time with my daughter. I love that I have my own time and live the life I always wanted to. It makes me happy and I’m glad I can support myself. Q. Favorite sale?
A. Anarkalis. I sold around 7 Anarkalis.
Q. Most memorable experience/encounter with the app?
A. I won one of the contests on Declutter Diwali last year. It was a fun experience.
Q. Tips for selling faster for other users?
A. Genuine pricing. If you put the same price of the products as on the websites, nobody would buy it. So keeping the price lower and genuine help in selling. Also, the products should have good photos.
Q. What’s your favourite feature on Elanic that makes your selling easy?
A. The direct shipment has been one of the best options so far. It has made the process much faster. Also, the customer support has been really helpful. They always take care of any problems I’ve faced.
