Q. What do you do?
A. Apart from selling on Elanic, I also help my father with work in his garment factory.
Q. How did you venture into being a professional seller?
A. I was looking to sell some extra clothes in my closet. At that time one of the re-sellers I work with recommended Elanic to me. I started selling and haven't looked back since.
Q. How is selling on Elanic different than other platforms?
A. Selling on Elanic has been a better experience with the cash on delivery option for me. Initially, when I started selling online, buyers would hesitate to make a purchase but with cash on delivery, I'm able to get more customers.
Q. Where do you source your products from?
A. I source all my cosmetics & jewellery from stores in different localities here in Mumbai.
Q. What do you do with the money you make on Elanic?
A. I've decided to save up all the money I've earned through Elanic. It'll be useful to fulfill any future needs.
Q. What was your favorite sale on the app?
A. Blood red lipstick.
Q. Most memorable experience/encounter on the app?
A. For me, interacting with my customers always ends up being a memorable experience. Communicating & providing them with what they need makes it all worthwhile.
Q. Any tips you could provide for other sellers?
A. Ensure that the products you sell are of the best quality. Customers will be satisfied and willing to buy from you again. Another thing to remember is the price. Make sure it's not too high or too low.
Q. What’s your favorite feature on Elanic that makes selling easy?
A. For me the best feature on Elanic is the flexible buying and selling features provided on the app. I'm able to sell my products with ease on the platform.
